Booking terms
These terms apply when you book or cancel a session through Oneone, GetPhysical, or related booking surfaces.
Booking
- Bookings are personal and are tied to your own customer account.
- Only published open times can be booked.
- You are responsible for checking that the selected date and time are correct before confirming.
Cancellation rules
- Customer cancellations close 24 hours before the session starts.
- If cancellation is no longer available in the app, contact Oneone directly if you need help.
- Cancelled times may become available for other customers immediately.
Customer rights and support
- You can request help, correction of account data, or clarification of bookings by contacting stian@oneone.no.
- Questions about stored personal data are described in the privacy page.
